Z.ai released GLM-5.3-FlashX-Legal (GLM-Legal) on November 2, 2026, a legal-domain variant of GLM-5.3-FlashX with a 1M-token context window. It is priced at $0.37 per 1M input tokens and $1.25 per 1M output tokens on OpenRouter.

Anthropic on October 28, 2026 introduced a gallery of ready-to-use artifacts for legal work in Claude. It extends Claude for Legal, launched in May, with six Anthropic-built task artifacts, four from legal tech companies and law firms, and nine access-to-justice artifacts.

OpenAI has launched Astra for Law, a legal-focused version of GPT-6 Astra that combines the model with a case law search index and specialized analysis instructions. The tool scored 54 percent on Vals AI's Legal Research Bench in OpenAI's own testing, up from 38.7 percent for the base model with web search.
