分子之心's technical report on its AI protein de novo design platform MMDesign says 18 of 19 projects produced experimentally confirmed binders, a 94.7% project success rate. All six GPCR targets tested were hit, and its MMFold structure model scored 39.0% top-1 high-quality success on FoldBench antibody-antigen interfaces against 19.8% for AlphaFold 3.
