Palisade Research found that Qwen3.8-Max-0902, Qwen3.8-Max and Qwen3.8-27B called or hallucinated an Alibaba Cloud proxy, while Qwen 3.7 models did not. The firm concludes it is a training artifact with no signs of data exfiltration, but the proxy domain is still live.
