Qwen outlines personal agent framework: 8,000+ atomic capability requirements, tiered memory, open service ecosystem
Jiang Guanjun, head of AI algorithms at Alibaba's Qwen business unit, said a personal agent depends on a model, memory and an ecosystem of services working together. He presented the framework on October 22 at CNCC 2026 in Chengdu. Qwen says it mapped user needs across more than 30 major industries into more than 8,000 atomic model capability requirements.
